Data collected via the funnel
We collect your first name, email address, optional Instagram or Telegram handle, gender, date of birth, city, country, up to three photos, and granular consent flags.
Purpose & legal basis
We process your application on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent. Images are stored and reviewed only if you provide image consent. Marketing messages are sent only if you provide optional marketing consent.
Processors
We use Supabase (EU — hosting, database, photo storage), Resend (EU — transactional and double-opt-in email), and Google Tag Manager / Google Ireland Ltd (Consent Mode v2; tags respect your consent). The former external CMP service from Usercentrics is no longer a processor. Your choices are stored first-party by our self-hosted c15t instance on our own EU infrastructure.
Storage
Data is stored in the EU only.
Retention
Unconfirmed applications (without email confirmation) are automatically deleted after 30 days. We retain confirmed applications for the duration of the selection process, but no longer than 6 months after the last interaction if no collaboration is established. You may request early deletion at any time (see contact details above). Marketing consent remains valid until withdrawn.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent at any time with no effect on processing carried out before withdrawal, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
